Harrah's and/or Caesar’s Entertainment have proposed a casino near the project at the intersection of Auberry and Millerton Roads. In the event that this casino is approved and built, traffic volume, noise, and other environmental impacts could substantially increase in the area surrounding Ventana Hills.
